Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Spork macOS application ("Spork" or "App"), developed and distributed by Twisted Vector LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Spork, you agree to comply with these Terms.

License

Upon purchasing Spork via our website (spork.app), you receive a personal, non-transferable license allowing installation and use on up to five (5) macOS devices that you own. Redistribution, resale, or sharing licenses beyond the licensed user is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

Spork and its underlying software, features, trademarks, logos, and designs are protected intellectual property belonging solely to Twisted Vector LLC. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App in any way.

Payment and Purchases

Payments for Spork are processed securely by Polar (polar.sh). We do not store or have access to your payment details.

Limitation of Liability

Spork is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Twisted Vector LLC makes no warranties regarding the App's performance or suitability for your specific needs. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Spork.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date.
